Raspberry Gin 20% ABV An initial sweet and fruity burst, with only a mildly dry finish. 
As the raspberry is the predominant flavour, even non-gin drinkers are fans. Serving Suggestion: Whilst this is incredibly easy to drink over ice (or ice cream!), our favourite way to indulge is by topping up with sparkling wine. 

Seville Orange Gin 26% ABV Alcoholic liquid marmalade, nearly enough said! Made with the juice and zest of Seville oranges this blend is initially equally as fruity as it is sharp. A final kick of gin gives it an extremely refreshing finish. Serving Suggestion: Perfect over ice or with a splash of tonic. It's ability to cut through other flavours also makes it the perfect addition to cocktails.

Damson Gin 20% ABV Fruity & Tart. Whole English damsons steeped in gin. A nice balance of sweet and sour with rich, plummy notes. Serving Suggestion: A great nip from the hip!

Watermelon Gin 22% ABV An incredibly refreshing gin with a good hit of sweet watermelon. Thirst-quenchingly good! An initially sweet flavour tempered by the dry botanicals of Gin that gives a long lasting refreshing taste.  Serving Suggestion: Perfect with a splash of tonic.

 Blackcurrant Gin 20% ABV Perfectly ripened blackcurrants immersed in Gin. A robust blackcurrant flavour with an underlying warmth of Gin. A perfect winter warmer. 
Serving Suggestion: Perfect over ice or with prosecco. 

Clementine & Ginger Gin 18% ABV A fruity & fragrant blend with an added shimmer sparkle. Sweet clementine with big kick of fresh root ginger to give a punchy finish. Serving Suggestion: Ideal with tonic or ginger ale.

Squid Ink Gin 40% ABV ...no squidding! Squid ink, citrus & juniper botanicals, lightly sweetened with vanilla. A well-balanced full strength, purple blend! Serving Suggestion: A theatrical gin that colour changes to pink when added to tonic!

Cucumber & Dill Gin 40% ABV An incredibly refreshing full strength gin, distilled with citrus, juniper, cucumber & dill botanicals to give a fresh cucumber burst and light dill finish. Serving Suggestion: the perfect pairing for tonic.

Salted Caramel Rum 18% ABV Flavoursome rum that builds with a dominant sweet caramel flavour that gives way to a salty zing and slightly fruity rum afternote. Serving Suggestion: Best straight up or with a little ice.

Spiced Rum 40% ABV A vibrant Caribbean Rum aged in bourbon casks seasoned with spices that leaves a tingle on the tongue! A punchy rum with an immediate hit of nutmeg, orange & clove that gives way to light undertones of vanilla.Serving Suggestion: Perfect neat over ice or with most mixers for a longer drink!

Golden Spiced Rum 40% ABV Golden rum with dominant citrus & spice notes leading to a smooth vanilla finish with hints of peppery allspice, toasted coconut & almond. Serving suggestion: Also perfect neat over ice or with most mixers for a longer drink!

Chocolate Rum 29.5% ABV The perfect pairing of dark chocolate & warming Rum. Bitter-sweet dark chocolate enhanced by rum to give a full bodied, strong flavour. Serving Suggestion: Best served straight up.

Spiced Ginger Whisky 22% ABV A  blend of Scotch, ginger and spice. Taking inspiration from the tonics of old, this blend certainly has revitalising qualities! A smooth blend that gives way to the fiery quality of ginger and spice. Serving Suggestion: Best served neat, or with a little ice if needed.

 Sloe Whisky 22% ABV An alternative use of wild sloes that is balanced with rich Whisky. A deep and full flavoured blend of warming Whisky that lifts the initial bittersweet burst of Sloes. Serving Suggestion: An ideal nip from the hip.

English Whisky 40% ABV Distilled from craft beer & aged in oak ti create a young and light whisky. With a soft honey, biscuit nose and lightly spiced, creamy vanilla finish.Serving Suggestion: Best served neat, or with a little ice or water if needed.

Cherry Bakewell Vodka 22% ABV A blend that pays homage to a childhood classic! A delicate cherry flavour that lets the Vodka cut through. Surprisingly not as sweet as you would expect. Serving Suggestion: Mix with a little soda, lemonade or coke! As a dry blend this also works well the fruitiness of Prosecco

Cider Brandy 40% ABV Double distilled and aged in oak casks to give a fragrant spicy and lightly oaked brandy that bursts with cider apple after tones. Serving Suggestion: Best straight up or warned if preferred. 

Elderberry Port 17% A lighter alternative to the traditional tipple, with a fruity demeanour. Serving Suggestion: Perfect served with a robust cheeseboard!

Reposado Agave 40% ABV Agave Spirit "rested" in Mezcal barrels for a smoother flavour with hints of oak and a slightly spicy finish. Serving Suggestion: Best served neat or with a little ice. Also a perfect partner for classic tequila cocktails.

Cafe Agave 35% ABV A rich, roasted coffee blend with hints of vanilla and a slightly spicy baked agave finish. Serving Suggestion: Best served over ice.
